What craft materials do I need for a wreath with fabric flowers?
In addition to the wreath, you will need fabric, ribbon, napkins and various decorative items. These can be put together as you wish, but should be as color-coordinated as possible. When crafting, you will need absorbent cotton , a thin sheet of aluminum and white VBS Hobby Color paint and napkin varnish . Helpful tools are scissors, hot glue and a needle. A pressing tool and a soft surface mat should be prepared for modelling the aluminum sheet.
How do I make a wreath with fabric flowers?
For the fabric flowers, first lay two layers of the selected fabric on top of each other, wrong sides facing (front and back of the fabric flowers). Transfer the flower from the template onto the fabric three times and then cut it out with a seam allowance of approx. 0.5 cm. The cut-out fabric flowers are sewn together using embroidery twist . Filling them with absorbent cotton gives the flowers a great 3D effect.
The finished fabric flowers are quickly attached to the wreath with hot glue. They are then decorated with finished scattered flowers, each with a small bow and a button in the middle of the flower.

The side of the wreath that is still free is wrapped with decorative ribbon and jute ribbon . The ribbons are then tied into a large bow and fixed in place with hot glue. Now wrap a light-colored ribbon around the large bow and tie it in a knot. At the end, it can be tied into a large hanging loop to hang the wreath from later. Finally, make another loop from decorative ribbons and glue it to the jute loop together with a decorative button.
