Here's how it works
So that the colours of the Décopatch paper are shown to their best advantage, first prime the papier-mâché cones with white Handicraft paint. When it is dry, apply the patch adhesive little by little and stick Paper flat on the cones. Paint it thoroughly, so that no air bubbles appear underneath. Cut back the edges with a scalpel after the patch glue has dried and seal the surface with patch varnish.
Finally, stick the bobbin lace with tape-Ribbon around the edges of the cones and decorate a single large flower inside.
