Only a few steps are necessary to create this noble glass plate. Motif straw silk, Leaf metal and stamp motifs result in a magical total work of art.
Here's how it works
Preparation
At the beginning, clean the glass plate thoroughly with glass cleaner, and if possible do not touch the underside afterwards. Grease traces, e.g. from fingerprints, may prevent paint and varnish from adhering to the glass.
Place the plate on the work surface with the underside facing upwards.
Design
The desired motifs from the Straw silk paper tear out and stick it with Napkin varnish on the bottom of the plate.
After drying, apply Gold leaf priming milk to the free areas, let it dry for about 30 minutes and place the Leaf metal on top.
Leaf metal with a Bristle brushes thoroughly, remove excess material and collect it. It can then be reapplied without the transitions remaining visible.
Tip: Always check the composition and effect of the patterns from the top side.
The Ink Pads on the silicone stamps, stamp various curlicues into the spaces created and allow to dry.ivory Handicraft paint with slight traces of Salmon Pink as background on the entire underside, seal with Napkin varnish after drying.
Finally, wipe around the edge with Ink Pads .
