How to design the magnetic board
Coat the inside surface of the wall shelf house, preferably crosswise, with magnetic paint. Three coats of magnetic paint must be applied to ensure that the magnets hold well later. Allow the paint to dry well between applications. Once all coats have been applied, leave to dry for another 24 hours.
Then paint the house and some scatter decorations with Chalky Colour.
Glue magnets to the back of the scatter decorations with VBS handicraft glue and leave to dry.
Tip: The scatter decorations can be labelled with the POSCA marker. For example, with names or initial letters. This makes it easy to assign each date to a person or the whole family.
