Application tips:

Can be used on: Already painted surfaces with acrylic paints or with Chalky Color.

Apply with: Brush

Preparations: The already painted surface should be clean, free of dust and grease and completely dry.

Application: Apply the VBS Chalky Medium evenly to the painted surface with a brush. Once dry, apply the desired shade of VBS Chalky Color. Allow this to dry again and then finish with sandpaper as desired to achieve an antique effect.

Drying time: Varies according to the thickness of the application.

Finishing work: To prevent the paint from wearing off further and to make your artwork resistant and durable, simply coat with VBS Chalky Varnish in matt or gloss.

Good to know: The VBS Chalky Medium makes it easier to sand the top coat and protects the base color during the sanding process.
